Leasing Associate

We are currently seeking a Leasing Associate to join our team at our headquarters in the heart of Cherry Creek North. This is a dynamic position that requires a motivated self-starter to assist with the day-to-day functions of the Leasing team through tenant recruitment. The Leasing Associate will report to the Director of Leasing, Derek Henry.

• Tenant outreach through cold calling, social media (Facebook & Instagram), and broadcast email campaigns is the top focus initially for this role
• Track, monitor, and follow up on leads
• Attend and conduct property showings
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings
• Enthusiastic about AI and willingness to implement new technologies daily

• STRONG desire to learn commercial real estate as a career field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel+, PowerPoint)
• Technically savvy
• Ability to thrive and multitask in a high-demand, dynamic environment
• A flexible, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset is needed
• Must be a self-starter
• Candidates will be considered in the totality of their skills and experience versus a strict interpretation of “must-haves.”
