Leasing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our real estate brokerage as part of a leasing team representing a portfolio of 850 apartments. The ideal candidate will work well independently and possess strong customer service and sales skills. This is an independent contractor position and compensation is commission based, but expected to be $90,000.00 - $ per.

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone, text, email, or in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist the leasing process from application to move‑in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of local rental markets, including trends and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a team of brokers in representing landlord client.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well‑maintained and meet prospective tenant expectations.

• Previous experience in residential sales or leasing preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and skills.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local area.
  
  Strong administrative experience including data entry, filing, and office management tasks.
• Access to reliable car.
