Kin Commercial is seeking a full-time commercial real estate Associate Broker to serve some of the firm’s existing clients and generate new business leads and transactions. The right individual should have a minimum of 3 years of transactional experience, be a self-starter, a creative thinker, and have exceptional networking skills. This position is a commission based job, however for the right individual, a monthly draw for the first year could be available.
Kin Commercial is a boutique brokerage firm serving the Colorado Front Range with expertise in retail leasing, land sales and purchasing, and specialty assets including school and church properties and associated land. Our firm is supported by a 20-year real estate operations and marketing professional.
We are a collaborative team working remotely in Denver. Inherent to the business, this role offers flexibility and autonomy with the work and schedule but requires commitment to getting the deal done. The right candidate MUST already live in the Denver metro area and be able to meet regularly with team members and clients throughout the Denver market.
Responsibilities
The Associate Broker provide value to our team by:
- Executing on client management and transactions
- Work closely with tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Facilitate showings for listings and perform property tours with clients.
- Negotiate and prepare Letters of Intent, leases, renewals, and sale contracts.
- Generate and follow up on leads for active listings.
- Source locations for clients who are looking for new locations.
- Actively communicate with clients.
- Have in-depth knowledge of current market conditions.
- Gather market information such as comps, rental rate, and vacancy data.
- Generating new clients/business development is also a priority.
- Attend networking events.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working as a broker for a high-volume firm.
- Background in commercial real estate sales and leasing required.
- High-level of understanding of and ability to prepare sale contracts and LOI’s and other essential transaction documents.
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial approach to business.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation
- Commission Based (will work as 1099 contractor)
- Negotiable commission sharing splits based on knowledge and experience.
- The company pays for brochures, signage, printing and other networking resources.
