We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative who is confident supporting both the front desk and the exam and treatment areas, bringing compassion, organization, and teamwork to every part of the day.

What You’ll Be Doing
This position blends client-facing responsibilities with hands-on patient care, creating a dynamic and engaging workday.
Veterinary Assistant- Assisting doctors and technicians in exam rooms and treatment areas.
- Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures.
- Supporting laboratory testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples.
- Administering medications as directed.
- Preparing patients for procedures and supporting surgery workflow as needed.
- Monitoring patients and reporting changes to the medical team.
- Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms, kennels, and equipment to maintain a safe, efficient hospital.
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily hospital flow.
- Communicating clearly with pet owners about care plans, next steps, and estimates.
- Processing payments and helping clients navigate services and recommendations.
- Keeping medical records accurate and well organized in our software system.
- Love animals and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Bring a calm, steady presence, especially during busy moments.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently with clients and teammates.
- Enjoy variety in your day and are happy to jump in wherever needed.
- Feel comfortable using computers, phone systems, and medical records software.
- Are eager to learn and grow your skills in both client service and patient care.
