LPN - Part-time - Evenings

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs!

Shifts:

Part-time, 2pm-10pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday - or a combination of these evenings

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! • Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range - $30-$40 / hour
