Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at Memorial Hermann Northeast, located in Humble, TX, a thriving suburb of Houston.

We are seeking an experienced NNP who wants to join a fantastic group of 3 NNPs and 3 Neonatologists.

  • 14-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 6 NICU/8 NBN
  • Our team cares for neonates >28 weeks in the NICU and covers the NBN service as well.
  • A supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs facilitates a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • 24/7 NNP coverage with an on-call neonatologist at night.
  • Flexible, 24–72-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.
  • Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team.
  • Ability to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs in our practice, IF desired.
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
