About the Sky Ridge Level III NICU:Our NICU cares for infants as early as 23 weeks’ gestation, supported by state‑of‑the‑art technology and an expert multidisciplinary team. Sky Ridge features:
- A Level III 29‑bed NICU offering comprehensive critical care for premature and ill newborns
- 250‑300 deliveries per month
- ADC 10‑15. >/= 26 weeks
- 24 hour NNP shifts
- 24/7 in‑house coverage by OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, and highly trained L&D nurses
- On‑call perinatologists and neonatologists available 24/7 for advanced support
As an NNP at Sky Ridge, you’ll be part of a team committed to delivering the highest standard of neonatal care. You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage complex neonatal patients meeting Level III criteria
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and experienced NICU nurses
- Work within a hospital ranked among the top 5 hospitals in Colorado and #3 in the Denver metro area for overall performance

Ideal Candidates:We are looking for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners who:
- Bring a passion for high‑acuity neonatal care
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced clinical environment
- Are committed to supporting families through compassionate, evidence‑based practice
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy Level III/IV NICU
- Hold current APRN national specialty certification
- Hold a master’s degree
