Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, working in person Monday through Thursday.

• Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosing, treating conditions, and developing treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and educate patients and families about health strategies.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver patient-centered, compassionate care.

• Graduate from an accredited program
• Active Colorado license
• 2-4 years clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills
