A highly successful, premier Neurosurgery program in the heart of Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a dynamic team of fellowship-trained neurosurgeons and established Advanced Practice Providers.

YourRole & Responsibilities
In this full-time, permanent role, you will serve as a vital clinical partner, managing the patient journey through the pre-operative and post-operative stages. You will work autonomously within a collaborative team environment.
- Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new and returning patients in an outpatient setting.
- Continuity of Care: Manage pre-operative workups and provide detailed post-operative care, ensuring patients feel supported through their recovery.
- Collaboration: Work side-by-side with top-tier neurosurgeons to develop treatment plans and review imaging/diagnostics.

Enjoy a strict Monday through Friday schedule
. This position entails ZERO hospital rounding, ZERO surgical duties, and ZERO on-call requirements.
We are seeking a provider with a passion for neurology/neurosurgery and a track record of clinical excellence.
- Experience: Previous experience in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Internal Medicine is preferred. We are also interested in new graduates who completed rotations in these specialties and have a passion for neurosurgery.
- Licensure: Must be eligible to obtain a Colorado Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain complex procedures to patients in an accessible way.
