Job Description
Pediatric RN / Pediatric Nurse / LPN positions available at Tender Care Pediatric Services (TCPS), the premier Pediatric Home Health Care Agency in Colorado.
We are hiring RN’s and LPN’s to provide specialized in‑home care for children. Our staff satisfaction is over 95% and client satisfaction 99.5%.
Available Positions- Part‑time (8‑24 hours / week)
- Full‑time (24‑40 hours / week)
- Tender Care covers 45%‑55% of monthly premiums on any of our four Anthem medical plans (True PPO, HMO, HSA); plans cover free generic drug fills and free unlimited office visits.

The most comprehensive training in Pediatric Home Health. TCPS provides paid preceptorship training to build a solid foundation for caring for medically complex children.
Qualifications- Registered as a RN or LPN in Colorado (or other Nurse Compact State) or proof of completing an accredited nursing program
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured, working vehicle
- Ability to travel within assigned geographic areas
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Demonstrate appropriate critical‑thinking and judgment to make independent clinical decisions and implement physician orders promptly and accurately
- Communicate orally and in writing in a caring, professional manner
- Organize assigned workload to complete responsibilities timely and effectively with minimal supervision
- Act as an advocate for each client in obtaining necessary medical assistance, equipment, and community resources for optimal status
Salary:
Up to $87,500 per year. Job types:
Full‑time, Part‑time, PRN. Weekly schedule:
