Registered Nurse

Position Summary

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops a nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager and co‑workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge‑planning process.

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritization skills.

• Detail‑oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
