We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners to support patient care across a variety of healthcare settings. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage patient care independently or in collaboration with physicians and care teams.

• Schedule:
  
  Per diem, contract, and short-term assignments may be available
• Setting:
  Primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, long-term care, or outpatient facilities
• Start:
  Upon completion of credentialing and onboarding

• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
• Document clinical encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and national certification
• Prescriptive authority as required by state law
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to meet onboarding and credentialing requirements
