ONE Presbyterian St. Luke's as a Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Stepdown.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 - $53.25 per hour. $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus available to eligible new hires.

Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with regulatory and state standards. Collaborate with providers and care team to implement nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Advocate for patients and families while embodying HCA Health

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the care of patients.
  • Assist in the care of medical and surgical patients.
  • Act as the primary nurse leading interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Supervise assistive personnel, maintaining accountability for care provided.
  • Develop basic clinical knowledge in cardiovascular patient care within the first year.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse or active multistate RN license.
  • BLS certification (AHA or ARC). ACLS provider card required within 12 months of hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
  • Preferred one year experience in acute care.
