Base Pay Range$38.00/hr - $56.00/hr
Position SummarySupervises nursing staff, assesses patients' needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.
PayRate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
- CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
