• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years experience in a behavioral health setting (inpatient or outpatient)
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, side effects, and proper administration protocols
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ANA ethical standards

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for efficacy and side effects
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence‑based therapeutic communication techniques
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health and well‑being
• Collaborate with other professionals for holistic patient care, discharge planning, and after‑care support
