$30–$34.50/hr + Mileage Reimbursement + $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Provide direct, hands‑on skilled nursing care in client homes: medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and patient assessments.
• Serve as a care coordinator, collaborating with families, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assess and adjust care plans in response to client needs and changing conditions.
• Travel throughout Denver metro and Aurora to deliver exceptional in‑home care.

• Experienced LPN with at least 1 year in nursing (home health preferred).
• Holding a current, unencumbered Colorado LPN license.
• Graduate of a state‑approved School of Practical Nursing.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and readiness to commute.
• Current CPR certification (BLS preferred).
• Experience with the disability community is a valued asset.
• Core strengths: stamina, attention to detail, organization, empathy, excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Skilled in documentation, problem solving, and maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

• Competitive pay: $30–$34.50/hr DOE, mileage reimbursement, and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Full‑time (32–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling.
• Weekly pay with direct deposit.
