- Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, as directed by nursing management.
- Work with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follow Company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
- Work closely with patients on a one‑to‑one level while supported by a patient care team.
- Function independently and manage day‑to‑day tasks autonomously.
- Assist patients in a 1‑1 capacity under supervision from nursing staff.
- Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Strong commitment to improving the quality of life for patients while partnering with community organizations.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Eager to pursue higher‑level opportunities such as certifications and further education.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.
