• Provides nursing care and guidance to patients from initial contact through the continuum of care.
• Guides patients on treatment plans, next steps in appointments, and assists with scheduling follow‑up appointments.
• Tracks outcomes of referrals and treatments, maintaining detailed records to measure program effectiveness.
• Develops and implements patient education programs and tools. Provides psychosocial support, including facilitation of support groups.
• Educates and facilitates patient introduction to clinical trial information, resource referrals, and counseling.

• Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
• RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
