Psychiatric Registered Nurses are needed for night shifts to provide lasting recovery to individuals and families who are suffering from an eating disorder or are experiencing mood, anxiety or trauma-related disorders. Provide expert behavioral health and medical treatment for eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorder
s in an environment of compassion, competence, collaboration, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a Behavioral Health setting
• Acute care experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Perform a full range of psychiatric nursing services including planning, administering and evaluating patient care in accordance with treatment plans
• Conduct and document a thorough assessment of patients medical statu
  s upon admission and throughout the patients course of treatment
• Administer medical treatment as prescribed by the physician
• Attend and participate in clinical team conferences regarding patient progress, and problems
• Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned patient
• Demonstrated skill in the delivery of patient care as a member of the therapeutic team

Pay Structure:

• New Grads: $36 - New hire out of school. Does not have on-the-job experience. Has not yet acquired skills and knowledge in many areas of responsibility
• Entry Level: $37-$38 - Has 1-3 years' experience working as an RN. Acquired basic experience, skills and knowledge but will refer more complex issues to higher level/more experienced staff

  $39-$40.75 - 2-4 years of experience as an RN performing essential functions of the role
• Fully Experienced: $41 - $44.25 - Has at least 4 years of consistent experience performing the essential functions of the role and can hit the ground running with this position
