RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support

• Work on a 20-bed medical surgical unit located on 9th floor Tower

• Collaborate with team including 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 2 PCTs during night shift

• Utilize equipment including hoyer lifts, air taps, and wound vacs

• Work with Meditech EMR system

• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients

• Wound care experience preferred

• Burn care experience preferred

• Must demonstrate team player attitude and positive personality

• Provide comprehensive medical surgical nursing care
