Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Location: Denver Metro & Aurora

Pay: $30–$34.50/hr + Mileage Reimbursement + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. As a PASCO LPN, you’ll provide personalized, skilled care and serve as a trusted advocate for your clients. You’ll have the freedom to build strong, meaningful relationships while receiving the support of a close-knit clinical team.

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in clients’ homes

• Act as a care coordinator and collaborate with families and providers

• Assess and adjust care plans to best meet client needs

• Travel throughout the Denver metro and Aurora areas to deliver in-home care

• 1+ year experience as an LPN (home health preferred)

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Colorado

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Practical Nursing

• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and willingness to commute

• CPR certification

• Experience with the disability community is a strong plus!

• Competitive Pay: $30 – $34.50/hr DOE + mileage + $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Flexible Scheduling:
  Full-time (32–40 hours/week)

• Weekly Pay + direct deposit

• Mileage reimbursement at $0.63/mile
