This 20-bed surgical unit is staffed with a charge nurse and four nurses on both day and night shift, supporting an estimated 1:5 assignment. The team uses Meditech and is looking for nurses who are confident working independently while managing a five-patient load in a fast-paced post-op environment. Ortho and pain-management experience are a plus, and typical care includes dressing changes and aspirations.
