Registered Nurse

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130‑bed skilled nursing facility specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our residents are fully independent, able to get up and dressed in the morning. We are committed to creating a home‑like environment for individuals who are often forgotten or discarded by society.

Shift: 6 pm to 6 am (full‑time)
Pay: Starting at $40.00 per hour, with potential increases for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure resident safety at all times by continuously assessing residents for changes in condition, mood, behavior, or level of function, and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Act as a liaison among residents, family members, and other team members to maintain effective communication and appropriate care.
  • Prepare written and oral reports for the leadership team and complete all required paperwork to meet current federal, state, local, and company regulatory compliance standards.
  • Assist in establishing rapport and maintaining teamwork throughout the Wellness Department; supervise, oversee, and delegate within the department, including training, counseling, motivating, and evaluating staff.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Current CPR certification (required)
  • Knowledge of all applicable governmental regulations
  • Understanding of the physiology and psychology of the older adult
