Our Commercial Field Solutions (CFS) division provides outsourced services and technologies to medical device and diagnostic manufacturers. They offer a range of solutions including clinical support, field technical support, recall management, and customer service. The CFS per-diem model allows us to build, deploy, and manage teams that adapt to the needs of our clients.
We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for Per-Diem RN Clinical Educators to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on infusion pump medical devices, sets outside the pump, and connectors primarily used in critical care and oncology units. Your primary focus will be traveling to assignments focusing on in-servicing and education only.

Responsibilities
- Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations.
- Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.
- Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device.
- Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to client during and after in-service assignments.
- Each travel assignment averages 4-6 days, with an expectation of 2 assignments per month.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- RN License
- ICU, Oncology, ER and/or critical care unit experience of at least 2+ years. Experience in these units must have been within the past 5 years.
- Must be comfortable with basic software programs
- Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen
- Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated.
- Ability to travel up to two weeks per month.
Preferred Qualifications :
- BSN Degree
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor)
- Experience working with IV pumps desired
- Super-user/ pump education experience desired
