Grassroots Team is working to bring people together to support the world's most effective advocacy organizations. We work on behalf of amazing organizations like Amnesty International of the USA and Greenpeace USA - bringing people together to support their missions of making the world a better place.

• Hours: Weekdays 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Canvass in teams in designated public areas to fundraise for NGO's
• Engage with people and provide information about our partner's campaign
• Explain the benefits of our offerings and answer any questions or concerns
• Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback on community responses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions

You do not need experience in canvassing or fundraising. You will be walking through communities and neighborhoods every day talking to people and engaging them on serious issues and inspiring them to become part of the movement. You must be comfortable fundraising door-to-door in neighborhoods, going up and down hills and stairs multiple times a day in all types of weather year round.

Additionally, you must be comfortable standing on your feet at community events, coffee shops, and other public gathering spaces. You will be raising money, support, and memberships for some of the best nonprofit groups in the world today.

• Base Pay: $21.81
• Full Time Canvassers who meet our weekly standard earn at least $30 per hour after bonuses
• Staff can also earn up to a base of $30 per hour with promotions through our leadership program.
