* Position Overview:

* As a Wire Cutter, you will support electrical construction projects by preparing, measuring, and cutting wire or cable to specific customer lengths. Operating specialized machinery in a fast-paced environment, you'll ensure high accuracy, adhere to warehouse safety standards, and perform physical tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:

*

** Wire Preparation:
** Operate wire cutting and spooling machines, loading/unloading reels onto spindles.

** Order Accuracy:
** Review and interpret orders; verify wire type, size, and color to customer specifications.

+  
** Inventory Management:
** Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

** Physical Labor:
** Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push/pull up to 75 lbs. during handling and transport of materials.

** Equipment Operation:
** Operate reach trucks and forklifts to move material (preferred skill).

* Experience:

** Previous warehouse or wire-cutting experience is preferred.

** Physical Ability:
** Able to work in varying temperatures, stand for long periods, and engage in repetitive physical tasks.

* Skills:

** Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements/calculations; basic computer skills are a plus.

** Personal Protective Equipment:
** Steel toe boots required (must provide your own). Gloves and safety goggles will be provided.
