BAS remote support specialist

Requirements Must have:

• Experience in troubleshooting building automation hardware and software
• Preferred Niagara N4 certification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of BAS, Energy Management, HVAC, and Lighting systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and installation skills for BAS equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Friendly and collaborative disposition
• Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays

• Provide high-level remote technical support for building automation systems
• Assist installation teams, vendors, and customers by offering technical guidance
• Train field teams remotely on BAS parameter adjustments and commissioning documentation
• Ensure the completeness of EMS projects, including reviewing commissioning reports and documentation
• Maintain effective communication with internal teammates and external clients
