Requirements Must have:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid comprehension of safety protocols in the manufacturing field.
• Capable of interpreting technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and manage emergencies.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be available for on‑call emergencies.
• Relevant certification or degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to pinpoint potential problems and address them proactively.
