Position Summary

This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers’ expectations. Some of the duties of a Welder are to operate equipment (e.g. calipers, rulers) to put together metal parts or structures. Current open positions include TIG welders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing blueprints and designs
  • Following all safety and healthy procedures to avoid accidents and hazards
  • Operating angle grinders and other tools
  • lining up specific metal components using calipers, rulers and clamps
  • Produce quality in an efficient manner
Qualifications/Experience
  • Technical knowledge of equipment
  • Must have 3 years of TIG welding experience on thin gauge steel
  • Must have experience in sheet metal and the welding process
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, as well as weld symbols
  • Ability to read calipers to verify part quality
  • Own tools preferred
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
