TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels – starting on your first day. To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.
ScopeThe image operator, coats, exposes and develops light sensitive film on a variety of materials, inner layers, sub- assemblies and outer layers as part of the printed circuit board manufacturing process.
3rd shift hours of 11 PM
-7:30 AM, Mon - Fri with overtime as needed. Initial training may be required on an earlier schedule.
- Independently operate machines requiring setups
- Exposer maintenance
- May duplicate artwork and inspect results to produce working copies for production process.
- Develop and/or touch-up to duplicate circuit images onto panels prior to plating or masking.
- Cleaning of work area
- Using layup sheets
- Stocking and inventory of core material, dry film and developing solution.
- Maintenance of equipment.
- Coordination of workload and minimum throughput expectations.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with chemicals.
- Ability to work on feet for entire shift.
- Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment which requires special clothing and adherence to clean room protocol.
- High school diploma or GED.
- No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.
- Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred. General manufacturing experience helpful.
