Aircraft Structural Technician – Now Hiring

Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Optional OT Available

We are hiring an Aircraft Structural Technician to join a family‑owned, culture‑driven organization supporting one of the most unique and nationally significant aviation programs in the country. This role offers a strong team environment, stable hours, and meaningful work on critical structural components.

As an Aircraft Structural Technician, you will work under the supervision of a lead technician to repair, modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal structural assemblies and sub‑assemblies
. This is bench‑level work
, not direct aircraft maintenance. You will work with structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, and flaps.

Daily tasks include riveting, bending, countersinking, precision drilling, and working with a variety of fasteners.

• Complete work orders and perform structural repairs under supervision
• Modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal assemblies
• Perform precision drilling, riveting, bending, and countersinking
• Work on landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, and similar components

• Experience with aircraft sheet metal or structural mechanics
• Strong fabrication and repair skills
• Ability to read blueprints preferred
• Precision drilling and riveting experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Candidates from A P school or industries involving precision drilling/riveting may also be considered.

• Low $30s/hr – Entry Level
• Mid $30s/hr – Experienced
• High $30s/hr – Highly Experienced

• Work on components supporting the E6‑B Mercury TACAMO mission

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
