Sheet metal Mechanic – Now Hiring - Must pass on-site assessment
Aerotek is seeking a sheet metal mechanic to repair, modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal structural assemblies and sub‑assemblies. This is bench‑level work, not direct aircraft maintenance. You will work with structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, and flaps.
Daily tasks include riveting, bending, countersinking, precision drilling, and working with a variety of fasteners.
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $30-38 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Optional OT Available
We are hiring an Aircraft Structural Technician to join a family‑owned, culture‑driven organization supporting one of the most unique and nationally significant aviation programs in the country. Responsibilities- Complete work orders and perform structural repairs under supervision
- Modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal assemblies
- Perform precision drilling, riveting, bending, and countersinking
- Work on landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, and similar components
- Experience with aircraft sheet metal or structural mechanics
- Strong fabrication and repair skills
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Precision drilling and riveting experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Candidates from A&P school or industries involving precision drilling/riveting may also be considered.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
