As an Inventory Manager at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain strategy. This role will support the team in planning of procurement, inspection, and production tasks for goods and services necessary to deliver flight hardware to orbit. It will also support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of production and material‑related processes and act as an advocate across the business.
We are looking for a reliable problem solver who can identify issues and develop scalable solutions to own material and service requirements through delivery.
- Accurately pick aerospace parts and components from inventory locations based on sales order specifications and pick lists.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against order requirements to prevent errors.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems to track inventory and order status.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materials.
- Conduct visual inspections of components for damage or defects during picking and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the picking area.
- Collaborate with the packaging and shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.
- Assist with other shipping‑department duties, such as packing or labeling, when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education.
- Experience in the aerospace or a similarly highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret sales orders, part numbers, and product specifications.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Previous experience with aerospace components or high‑value, sensitive materials.
Experience with advanced inventory forecasting, Lean or Six Sigma principles, and proficiency with advanced analytics or data‑driven decision making is preferred.

- Work Location – Successful candidates must be located near Denver or Long Beach. A hybrid work environment is observed; some onsite work is required.
- Work Environment – The work environment may vary; temperature, noise level, and other factors that affect working conditions will be communicated upon hire.
- Physical Demands – Includes bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
