Plant Manager – Flagship Feed Manufacturing Facility

Our client – a well‑established feed manufacturer with multiple locations across the U.S. – is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead their premier facility, a site that sets the standard for excellence across the organization.

This is not just another plant leadership role. This facility regularly hosts customer tours, operates under elevated quality and safety standards, and serves as a model for best practices company‑wide.

• Provide strong, visible leadership to plant operations, production, quality, safety, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain best‑in‑class feed manufacturing standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost control.
• Ensure the facility is consistently tour‑ready, reflecting the company's brand and commitment to excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership and hourly teams.

• 5+ years of management experience within a national feed manufacturing company.
• Expert‑level knowledge of feed manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to higher standards and measurable performance improvements.
• Strong communication and leadership presence, comfortable engaging with customers and executives.
• Proven track record of accountability, safety leadership, and operational excellence.

• Salary: $125,000 – $150,000, depending on experience.
• Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) + retirement, PTO.
