Hiring - Wire Harness Assemblers in Englewood, CO
We’re looking for a meticulous and reliable Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. This hands‑on role involves building wire harnesses and cable assemblies using prepared materials such as wire, cable, sleeving, and related components. You’ll work to IPC‑620/Mil‑Spec standards and customer requirements, ensuring every assembly meets the highest level of quality. Location:New & modern, state‑of‑the‑art production facility
Schedule:1st shift. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay$24.00 - $35.00/hr (DOE)
Job Description:Review traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
Inspect incoming materials for defects or damage
Prepare cables by cutting, stripping, and de‑jacketing
Perform assembly tasks such as:
Loading connectors
Twisting wire and cable
Applying labels, heat shrink, and ty‑wraps
Potting and soldering
Build wire harnesses using layout boards
Operate stripping machines and standard hand tools
Complete traveler sign‑offs at each stage of the process
Properly identify, package, and handle materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Follow attendance expectations, including scheduled breaks
Report safety concerns promptly
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or department leadership
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and follow work instructions, manufacturing processes, and safety procedures
3–5 months of experience or training in electronics or manufacturing
IPC‑620, IPC‑610, or J‑STD‑001 certification preferred
Experience with:
Cable and wire harness assembly
Blueprint and schematic interpretation
Crimping and soldering
Electronic and mechanical assembly
Labeling and IPC workmanship standards
Skilled in using hand tools and manual assembly equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
