Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr.

This individual must have experience with Amada press brakes
, the ability to read blueprints, bend deductions, flat pattern layout, bend sequencing, multiple setup, and knowledge of tooling, coining and air bending. The job responsibility will include a drive for continuous improvement in quality and the ability to meet demanding schedules.

• Technical knowledge of press brake equipment, tooling and the processes. (Amada Equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
• Ability to set up junior operators.
• Ability to train operators when needed.
• Past experience with bending intricate parts within tight schedules.
• Ability to lift tooling up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Past experience in a low volume, high mix forming department.
