Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year. Competitive salary with full-time position and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance and paid PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of production management and food safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations.
• Oversee daily operations in a food manufacturing plant, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Manage budgeting and cost control, utilizing accounting software for accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize production efficiency.
• Lead, train, and onboard staff on food safety and CGMP best practices.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees, evaluating and improving performance.
• Implement lean process management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage plant maintenance activities and support Standard Operating Procedures.
• Understand quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Experience reporting on key production metrics.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Immediate hire.
