Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to optimize productivity
• Monitor downtime and production line efficiency
• Lead and train staff in safe work practices and standard procedures
• Manage labor costs, overtime, and parts purchasing
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Own predictive and preventive maintenance programs (PM/PdM)
• Supervise up to 10 hourly staff including electricians
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations
• Maintain equipment within budget constraints
• Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs, CMMS systems, electrical/mechanical systems
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and write reports
• Proficient in basic math, problem-solving, and computer use

• Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as write routine reports and professional correspondence
• CAD/drafting experience a plus
• SAP CMMS experience

Pay Range: $59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
