Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Planner to join our team. The SAP Planner will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities. This role involves managing maintenance plans in SAP, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data analysis to improve processes. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using SAP to ensure equipment and systems are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Create, update, and maintain maintenance plans within SAP, ensuring all work orders are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with project leads, engineers, and various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any maintenance-related issues.
  • Track and analyze maintenance data to generate reports, using Excel and other tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose effective solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to the team's needs.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, with proficiency in using SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating detailed maintenance reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
