Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Planner to join our team. The SAP Planner will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities
. This role involves managing maintenance plans in SAP
, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data analysis to improve processes
. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using SAP to ensure equipment and systems are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Create, update, and maintain maintenance plans within SAP
    , ensuring all work orders are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with project leads, engineers, and various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any maintenance-related issues.
  • Track and analyse maintenance data to generate reports
    , using Excel and other tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement
    , and areas of concern.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose effective solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities
    , ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to the team s needs.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, with proficiency in using SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating detailed maintenance reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
