Based in Northern Colorado, you will be responsible for shop and field fabrication of stainless-steel equipment and piping, including:

• Fabricating stainless steel components from raw materials using Water Jet Cutter, polishing machines, and TIG welding.
• Interpreting shop prints and transferring designs to finished products.
• Maintaining high-quality standards, especially for components meeting USDA Dairy standards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet fabrication schedules.
• Applying good math skills to calculate angles and offsets.

• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Proficiency in TIG welding
• Open to in-house training
• Ability to operate a forklift

• Detail-oriented
• Position-dependent: shop associates spend 90% of time in the shop; field associates spend 90% in the field.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Up to 10%; some travel required to support tight deadlines and project transitions from shop to end-user facilities.

The base pay range is $21.00 - $40.00 USD per hour, determined by skills, experience, and location. The role includes performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
