On behalf of a client, we are hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and operational execution across the organization. The client is a technology company operating within the marketing and creative services space, focused on enabling collaboration between businesses and creative talent.
This role sits at the center of the organization and is responsible for translating strategy into execution, improving internal processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment as the company continues to scale. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and hands‑on project execution while working across teams including product, marketing, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic initiatives and company priorities.
- Drive alignment across teams by ensuring projects and initiatives progress effectively.
- Lead or support cross‑functional projects across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to internal processes.
- Track key initiatives and ensure accountability across teams.
- Support internal communication and alignment around company priorities.
- Assist with planning processes including quarterly priorities, company initiatives, and internal reporting.
- Support investor communications and relationship management.
- Help ensure leadership remains focused on the most impactful growth opportunities.
- 4+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or management within a technology company environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to translate ideas into actionable execution.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with teams across different departments.
- Experience supporting leadership teams or working closely with executives.
- Passion for the marketing, creative, or technology industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
- Highly organized and capable of bringing structure to complex and rapidly evolving situations.
- Relationship‑driven with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Motivated to help teams operate more efficiently and effectively while supporting company growth.
