Role Description

PROVEN Management, LLC is seeking a highly organized and skilled Space Planner/Project Manager/Move Manager with expertise in workplace transitions. In this full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, the candidate will oversee space planning, interior design implementation, project management, and workplace transition activities. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing floor plans, developing construction drawings, managing move projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the effective execution of workplace redesign and transition initiatives.

The role requires managing tight schedules and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Space Planning and creating optimized Floor Plans for workplace transitions.
  • Experience in Interior Design and Construction Drawings with attention to detail and functionality.
  • Knowledge and skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to develop and modify designs efficiently.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage time, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with managing workplace transitions and move coordination processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within real estate, facilities, or logistics services is advantageous.
