Manager, Clinical Programs (Clinical Transformation)
DaVita Kidney Care is looking for a Manager, Clinical Programs (Clinical Transformation) to play a critical leadership role in shaping our clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our goals of improving patient quality of life. The Manager will drive complex, cross‑functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models that improve patient outcomes, experience, and cost of care.

Base pay range: $78,000.00‑$ per year.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate across strategy lanes, reporting, product, training, and change lanes to ensure thoughtful clinical execution; lead development and execution of project plans, define milestones, track key performance metrics, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strategy and Operations: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align operational strategies and clinical outcomes; partner closely with field operations for feedback; oversee day‑to‑day operations of key initiatives; monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Pilots and Experimentation: Build consensus, pilot and scale new clinical programs; synthesize complex data and present insights to senior leadership; translate business challenges into strategic recommendations;
Travel: ~25% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5‑7 years experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change.
- Problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort with ambiguity and navigating complex environments.
- Strong project management capabilities across cross‑functional teams.
