You will report to the Senior Merchandising Manager Product, Collabs & Energy.

** The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
*** A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (

* Proven track record of managing full product lifecycle and demonstrates deep product knowledge including fit, fabric, garment construction, and costing.
* Effective end to end calendar management skills.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics and profitability analysis.
* Excellent collaboration skills, including a proven ability to communicate with various levels of management and employees within the organization with clarity.
* Be able to lead and influence others and be comfortable presenting in front of large groups of people
* Organizational and project planning skills - ability to develop and manage multiple timelines and deadlines
* Proactive approach to identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with a values-driven commitment to do what is right.
* High degree of agility and adaptability.
* Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and problem-solving.

** Hiring Range:**$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually
** Incentive Potential**:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
