Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President to lead and drive strategic initiatives within a growing trucking organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in transportation management, operations, and leadership

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including fleet management, logistics, compliance, and customer service

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  .
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor management teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage P&L to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial targets

• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand services and reach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the trucking or transportation industry.
• Proven expertise in fleet operations, logistics, and regulatory compliance

• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budget oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to implement and manage change effectively

The salary range for the Vice President role in the trucking industry typically falls between $150,000 and $300,000 annually
