Role OverviewAs a Leadership Development Consultant you will support entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals to clarify direction, strengthen leadership capability, and build sustainable personal and professional growth strategies.
You will operate independently, with autonomy over who you work with, where you work from, and how you structure your schedule. This role is delivered remotely and suits individuals who thrive with accountability, self-leadership, and purpose-driven work.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to identify leadership goals, challenges, and development opportunities
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring conversations focused on leadership growth, mindset, and strategic thinking
- Design personalised development and action plans aligned to individual and professional objectives
- Deliver coaching and development sessions remotely with flexibility in time and location
- Share best practices in leadership development, resilience, and performance
- Build strong, trust-based professional relationships
- Participate in ongoing training, development, and capability-building sessions
- Utilise digital platforms and online communication tools to support engagement and outreach
- Commit to continuous personal and professional development
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development, executive coaching, consulting, or senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of leadership capability, human behaviour, and personal growth principles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others with clarity and professionalism
