As Director of Franchise Sales, Motto Mortgage, you will be responsible for executing the company’s national sales strategy and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and market share growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth and Development, you will translate strategic direction into operational plans, ensure quota achievement, and support the professional development of your team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is skilled at coaching, performance management, and driving consistent results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of consultative sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Translate the VP’s strategic sales plan into operational activities and ensure consistent execution.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop sales capabilities and build future leaders.
- Monitor performance metrics and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability.
- Partner with brand leadership and sales support teams to align execution with growth priorities.
- Build relationships with service organizations to understand and support growth goals of existing franchisees.
- Support the development and rollout of sales initiatives, campaigns, and tools that drive quota attainment.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-oriented team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
- Strong track record of leading teams to quota attainment in a consultative sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Financial and business acumen with experience in forecasting and budget management.
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50%.
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
