Baceline Group is the largest owner and operator of small format, necessity-based Neighborhood Shopping Centers across the United States. We are seeking to fill the position of an Office Manager to join our Corporate Operations team. This position will report to Baceline's Community & Corporate Ambassador.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and dynamic, with experience supporting and managing corporate operations, facilities, and cultivating company culture. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Office Management: Oversee office operations by managing all supplies and inventory, maintaining organized and well-stocked common areas, and being available to support all team members with business needs.
- Building Management: Oversee building and office maintenance by inspecting spaces, coordinating vendors, obtaining service bids, and managing the operating budget.
- Internal Communication: Lead and manage internal communications by overseeing evaluation and survey programs, gathering and reporting employee feedback, and distributing corporate updates to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Corporate Meetings and Events: Own and manage company-wide scheduling and events by overseeing the global calendar, coordinating meetings, executing all company event logistics, and assisting committees and Senior Management with various initiatives.
- Executive Operational Support: Provide comprehensive executive support by coordinating travel and scheduling, managing expense reports and office needs, assisting with training initiatives, and serving as liaison to the Senior Management Team while handling additional projects as assigned.
- Corporate Work Study Program Partnership: Oversee the Arrupe Jesuit Work Study partnership by training, mentoring, and supporting student workers while managing their tasks, development, and front desk operations.
- 2+ years of office management experience
- Experience in executive support and organizational operations
- Knowledge of building, property, and facilities management
- Proven success in planning and executing events of all sizes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
$65,000-$75,000/year
