Job Description:
- Quarterly and year-end financial audit activities along with analyzing market/product growth on a national scale.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Perform analysis on ad hoc projects as requested by Sales, Marketing and Operations by other departments/branches.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Develop, track and analyze employee KPI's and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years experience with financials, ERPS in accounting field
- 2+ years in a supervisory/ management role
